The Essential tier covers a full turnkey scope: architectural design, PBG/SLF permits, the complete structural build and rental-ready finishes. Land, furniture and pool are quoted separately so you see exactly what each item costs.
How long does it take to build a villa?
A typical two-bedroom villa is designed, permitted and built in 8–12 months. The timeline is fixed in your contract before construction starts, and weekly reports show you whether the project is on schedule.
Can I build on land I already own?
Yes. Send us the title documents and we will verify zoning and buildability before we quote. If you don't have land yet, our team finds and fully checks plots that match your budget and rental goals.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes — the itemised estimate is signed before the first concrete pour and becomes a fixed-price contract. The only changes are ones you request and approve in writing. No end-of-project surprises.
