Our Story
Frigate was founded in 2015 with a single principle: build homes in Bali we would want to live in ourselves. We started with one villa in Canggu. Over the next decade we completed more than 30 projects and built over 5,000 m² of residential and commercial space across the island.
We are Frigate Global International — a registered Indonesian company. We work in Bahasa Indonesia, deal directly with local authorities, and have relationships with every relevant contractor on the island. This isn't casual real estate. It's ten years of trust built on local ground.
We don't broker other people's properties. Every villa that carries the Frigate name was designed, permitted, constructed, and handed over by our own team. When a problem surfaces on a construction site — we are the ones who show up. That accountability is not a marketing line. It is the only way we know how to work.

Land Search & Due Diligence
We find land that matches your criteria, then verify it fully: title certificate, zoning, boundary survey, encumbrance check. No surprises after you've signed.
Transaction Support
End-to-end deal management: negotiation, legal structuring (leasehold / HGB / PT PMA), notarial contracts, and tax advisory. Indonesian law, handled by people who live inside it.
